Our Doctors

Dr. Neel grew up in Lubbock, Texas, where his father was an eye doctor.  He did his undergraduate at Texas Tech University before entering Profressional School in Houston, Texas.  After graduationg in 1976, he went into practice with his father in Marble Falls, Texas.  He then moved to Keller with his family in 1992.

Dr. Tiffaney Tregellas is a native Texan, raised in the Texas Panhandle.
After receiving her Bachelor s degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, TX, she went on to complete her graduate studies at the University of Houston College of Optometry.  She participated in externship programs through the VA hospital in Albuquerque, NM, and at a private practice in Wichita Falls, Tx.  As an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist, she is qualified to diagnose and treat glaucoma, as well as other ocular diseases using the newest technology.
She has also completed specialty contact lens training in Jacksonville, FL.  Current professional memberships include the National Optometric Association.
